OUR CAREFREE DRIVING PLAN
With our Carefree Riding plan, we will keep your bike in top condition over a three-year period with proactive check-ups, regular maintenance and with the replacement of worn parts. Don't worry - all parts and labor costs are included in your coverage.
Carefree Driving is available with the purchase of a Polder with the one-time payment of €360.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Mokumono app tracks your riding distances and invites you for regular check-ups. Our mechanics in Amsterdam run through every kind of wear and tear to keep your bike in top condition and extend its life.

MAINTENANCE TIMELINE
After you have driven the first 1,000 km - and every 4,000 km thereafter - our mechanics will perform a thorough maintenance check on your Mokumono.
FULL COVERAGE
The Carefree Driving maintenance plan is an added convenience on top of our two-year warranty, which protects you against material and manufacturing defects.
With preventive maintenance, we make sure your bike always stays on the road, day in and day out, without exception.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Carefree Riding plan addresses wear and tear due to normal use. Maintenance includes all issues related to the normal wear and deterioration of your bike's mechanical parts. Included are: the daily wear and tear on the wheels, belt, brake pads and pressure in the brake system.
Problems with the built-in electronics, including the battery, motor, controller and lights, are covered by the bike's two-year warranty.
Damage caused by accident or vandalism are not covered.

Currently, we offer service and maintenance within the Carefree Driving plan only at our Amsterdam location.

The Carefree Driving plan does not cover everything. The following are not included:
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by vandalism
- Replacement or repair of parts not due to normal wear and tear
- Electrical parts
- Replacement parts outside the warranty period
- Transportation costs to and from service locations.
- Problems caused by exceptional use of our bikes, for example, using a Mokumono as a delivery bike.

A service generally takes about an hour. In that hour we make sure that your bike is again I top condition and you can continue cycling for another year without any problems.
